Twenty years ago, teenage girls disappeared in Louisiana. The father of twelve-year-old Chloe Davis confessed to the murder of six victims, for which he was sentenced to life in prison. After that, the life of Chloe, her brother and mother became unbearable: everyone knew who they were and what happened to them. In order to get rid of the memories and somehow help herself, the already adult Chloe became a psychologist. But sometimes she feels that she is not in control of her life, just like the difficult teenagers she works with. But the worst thing is that on the eve of her wedding in the city where she now lives, the girls disappeared again. Now who is to blame for this?
